AMGuSS 2023 is June 19-24 !

It’s time to sign up for my American Mandolin & Guitar Summer School! You can download a registration form and register by mail, or register online via Paypal. Our Gust Artists for 2023 will be Choro das 3, the brilliant and charming Choro trio of bandolim, flute, and guitar from Sao Paulo. The American Mandolin & Guitar Summer School 2022 was the hit of the summer! Barry Mitterhoff, Guest Artist Extraordinaire, & Enigmatica, Ensemble in Residence, performed brilliantly! Friends of mine tell me that the Takoma Mandoleers, one of the oldest mandolin-guitar orchestras in the country, is seeking an experienced and dynamic conductor. Weekly rehearsals are held in Arlington, VA, on Tuesday evenings, and this is a paid position.
