AMGO gives two world premiere performances

On February 28, 2010, The American Mandolin & Guitar Orchestra presented a concert @ the Mary Tefft White Center on the campus of Roger Williams University. AMGO gave the world premiere performance of two new Australian works for mandolin orchestra. “Rag for Razz” (2009), by Ann Carr Boyd, and “A Day At the Circus” (2009,) a 3 movement suite by Richard Charlton. The orchestra, under the baton of Robert Paul Sullivan, also performed music by Will Ayton, Edward MacDowell, and Konrad Wolki.
